  1. Is it indeed so important to have an online presence?
  2. These days, it is not as recommended as it used to be. It is mandatory if you want your company to grow and advance.   7. Do you offer a printing service?
  8. Not directly. We do however work with some high quality printing companies who we trust and strongly recommend. We can either liaise with them for you, or we can pass along their details and you can go to them directly.

  9. Do you offer any discounts for any of the services?
  10. Our price list is only tentative. It has an information role to let our customers have a clue about the average amount they will pay in the end. Though each order, even for a single service registered in our company, is approached with a personal approach, including with an individually calculated final price. In many cases our company can offer you a discount, but the cases are too various to conclude them all in a sentence or two. Basically, if a company hires us for many activities, we are willing to offer its managers a decent, reasonable and even reduced final price.

  11. Operational flexibility, and how does the web development process work?
  12. We will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire and then if we have any questions we will discuss them with you. Then we will undertake research on your industry to be able to create a design concept. This is an image of the homepage and we will then ask for your feedback. We will keep working on this design until you are 100% happy, and then once you have approved it the website will be built. Our developer adjusts his workflow to suit your business needs and also makes changes until you are satisfied with the end product. Please note that as we offer unlimited revisions, we can guarantee that you will be 100% happy as we will keep working on it until you sign it off, however once the website is signed off and we start building it, any further design changes may be chargeable.

  13. What content management system do you use?
  14. It varies depending on your website’s requirements. We use the popular open-source content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc. If your requirements are specific and tailor-made, we can create bespoke content management systems as well.

  15. What about the Images?
  16. Making sure your images’ file size are not too big is key to your website’s site speed and usability. We will make sure your graphics and images’ file size do not negatively impact your site speed or page load times, but also ensuring that they are clear for visitors to view clearly.

  17. Will I have the full control and copyright of my website?
  18. Yes, after a website development is completed, we hand over all the code in an electronic file. You can also always get this in the future if you want to move the website out to another hosting provider.

  19. What about refunds?
  20. We cannot offer fully refunded amounts because you are paying for our time and process. However, we do realise the importance of issuing refunds if, for any reason, we fail to deliver the project.

For most projects, we like to have at least one meeting with the dual purpose of introducing ourselves and also having the best opportunity to ensure we fully understand your project requirements.

However, this is not always possible due to constraints such as location or your schedule, for example. In these situations, we can build a project brief over email or phone. We can also use remote connection software to show you ideas directly on your screen if needed.
